I am Kathleen Haughton. As a nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing seniors in the Hampshire Valley area with comprehensive health and lifestyle support.

While heart warming, caring for a loved one is often time consuming and challenging. It can be difficult for caregivers or family members to facilitate daily exercise or wellness sessions, and particularly difficult for seniors who live independently. For optimal long-term results, this is best done by an experienced wellness professional. I will provide you with wellness services that Medicare has never covered, in the privacy of your home. I am a highly personable Nurse Practitioner who is equipped to motivate and engage with seniors of all ages. I have enjoyed working with senior clients well into their nineties. Whether you or your loved one is dealing with pain, fatigue, or lack of interest, I'm here to help you keep moving and improve your function. At Senior Wellness at Home, I am committed to delivering exceptional service to my clients. My goal is to empower you or your loved one to lead a more fulfilling life, and it is my unique approach that distinguishes me from the rest.
After an initial consultation, I will develop a customized treatment plan to meet your wellness needs. I will ensure that each session be stimulating and enjoyable. I will customize an exercise and wellness plan that can improve your mood and energy, overall wellbeing, flexibility, strength, and balance.
Not being affiliated with any agency allows me the flexibility to customize and attend every client’s sessions personally at a mutually, convenient time. I manage my schedule to safely accommodate a very small number of clients to ensure their health as well as my own. This significantly lowers the risk of exposure compared to sessions set in clinics, gyms or from agency based care takers.

Welcome to my practice! As an independent and insured Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience, I offer consultations to discuss your goals and how my services can benefit you. No MD orders are required for any of our sessions. If you agree, we can schedule your first visit assessment. Let's get started!
Medicare only covers a limited short term benefit. My personalized, private wellness services are a non-covered service by Medicare, so we are not bound by restrictive Medicare limitations. The 60 minute sessions are 100% active.
First Visit Assessment 60 min
During this visit I will check your vital signs (breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) along with height and weight and listen to your heart and lungs. I will complete a diet and nutrition assessment along with a comprehensive Fall Risk Assessment before evaluating your mobility, strength and balance. After answering any questions, together we will develop your exercise and wellness plan.
